- I-693 Civil Surgeon sealed letter
- Latest tax year tax return (even if filing in January, 2027, you need 2026 tax return)
Include a section in the letter and evidence for your positive equities for adjustment of status: i.e. why you should be able to get a green card without leaving the country again, after a June 2026 USCIS policy memo.
